Meat Lovers

Left Side~Ham N Pineapple - Right Side~Chicken Enchilada

*I almost didn’t get a picture of the meat lovers pizza, my family started grabbing pieces as soon as it was cut!*

We love Family Pizza Night at our house. Usually I make the same kinds every time, one meat lovers and one pepporoni. I read on several other blogs though that they make a variety of flavors, chicken enchilada and ham n pineapple being the ones that caught my attention the most. So I decided to make a half and half pizza, (half chicken enchilada, half ham n pineapple) along with our usual meat lovers and see how it went over. It was a success! Most everyone liked it, except my picky hubby and daughter. I didn’t follow an exact recipe, I just added whatever I had on hand and it turned out delicious., although next time I think I’ll spice the enchilada sauce up a bit.

Meat Lovers Pizza

Bread Machine Pizza Crust
Easy No-Cook Pizza Sauce
assorted meats, (cooked ground beef, italian sausage, diced ham, bacon bits and pepperoni)
shredded mozzarella cheese

Top pizza crust with all the toppings listed above, then bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or till desired doneness.

Ham and Pineapple Pizza

Cook the same as above, except use  diced ham, pineapple chunks and bacon bits, along with mozzarella cheese.

Chicken Enchilada Pizza

Cook the same as above, except use enchilada sauce in place of the pizza sauce, (you can use canned or homemade) along with shredded cooked chicken, and shredded colby jack cheese. I used a homemade enchilada sauce, but next time I’m going to make it a bit more spicy. I’m going to add some chopped red and green bell peppers as well.

  1. Glad y'all tried it. We love Pineapple pizza too. We used to buy it only at Domino's until I figured out how to make our own pizza dough, now we just make our favorites at home…on the cheap of course :)
