Today I am bringing you two types of a super easy and yummy treat I call Holiday Pretzels. Who would think that something so ridiculously easy could taste so good.

Christmas Pretzels

The holidays are a busy time here on the homestead  and when I’m in the process of preparing a huge feast for my family and guests, the last thing I need is a fussy and complicated snack to make as well. Problem solved with these little gems. You just toss some mini pretzels and chocolate on a baking sheet, warm in the oven for 3 minutes, adorn them with nuts or candy once you pull them out and let cool. That is it folks! See, I told you it was beyond easy. There’s nothing simple about they’re taste though.  The combo of salty and sweet is over the top good. So make sure you make a lot, because these disappear fast.

Christmas Pretzels

You can easily change these to any holiday theme you would like, simply by changing the color of the M&M’s used. I recently made a Valentine version by using red, pink and white M&M’s.

Holiday Pretzels.

A ridiculously easy and delicious Christmas treat.

Mini Pretzels, enough for the amount of treats you want to make.
Hershey Kisses
Rolo Candies
Christmas colored M & M's
Pecan halves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread the mini pretzels on a cookie sheet so they lie flat.

Unwrap about a hundred chocolate kisses and Rolo's candies, :) one for each pretzel and place one chocolate on top of each pretzel.

Place the cookie sheet into the oven and allow the candies to soften. This only takes about 3 minutes. You don't want the chocolate to melt into puddles, just to become soft.

Remove from the oven and immediately begin to press an M&M into each chocolate kiss, and a pecan half into each Rolo candy.

Allow to cool on the counter for several hours until the chocolate sets back up, then enjoy.

Store in an air tight container.
