This simple and easy recipe is my hubby’s favorite way to eat pork chops. I like them because not only are they tasty, but they’re a food I can cook and have on the table in about 30 minutes. What’s not to love?

Hubby’s Favorite Pork Chops
4 Pork Chops
1 Egg
1/3 cup Milk
1/2 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Seasoning Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
3 Tbs. Light Olive Oil

Lightly beat the egg and milk in a shallow bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs with the flour, parmesan, italian seasoning, salt, seasoning salt and pepper.

Dip the chops in the egg mixture and then press them into the flour mixture to coat.

Heat the oil over medium heat in a large skillet, add the chops and fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, about 15 - 20 minutes. Add a bit more oil if the pan becomes to dry while cooking.

Serve Immedietly.
