Don’t you just love Giveaways? I was so excited when My Blog Spark contacted me for this review and giveaway! My first! This is a sneak peek of Betty Crocker’s new Mississippi Mud Supreme Bar mix. These all new brownie bars are scheduled to be on store shelves this summer, but you get to see a review of them, plus an opportunity to win some before that!
I made these for our Memorial Day weekend cookout and they were really good. They were gone within 20 minutes after I brought them out for dessert. The center is soft and moist, and the marshmallows added just the right amount of gooey sweetness. The crunchy crumbs gave it a cookie feel and was a great contrast to the moist brownies. I usually make my sweets from scratch, but this one is good enough to keep on hand for a quick dessert.
