Family Favorite Nachos or Tacos

Yesterday was Family Nacho Night at my house. What I’m posting isn’t really a recipe, but more of a description of how we build our own from a nacho bar I set up. I put out a big bowl of tortilla chips, along with cooked meat, (last night I used Taco Seasoned ground beef but you could use steak, chicken, or turkey.) We also had shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, Refried Beans, Pico De Gallo, Colby/Jack Cheese Sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheese. The possibilities are up to you. It’s a fun and easy meal that my family and I really enjoy.

*For tacos just substitute tortillas for the chips.
