This is a super easy and tasty dish, that only takes minutes to assemble after the meat has been marinated. I made several extra bags of this and have them stored in the freezer for quick cookouts to. All I have to do now is thaw and proceed with the recipe. The leftovers make a yummy stir-fry the next day too.

Grilled Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 3 skinless, boneless Chicken Breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing Mix

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, or gallon size freezer bag, add the chicken cubes, buttermilk and ranch dressing mix.
  • Mix everything well, then put in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for about 1 hour.
  • Drain liquid from chicken cubes, but do not rinse. Thread onto metal, or water soaked wooden skewers and cook over medium-high heat on a lightly oiled grill grate, turning occasionally for 12 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
  • Serve with grilled veggies.
