Mandarin Orange Pie

Posted in pies

This pie is super easy to make, and so cool and refreshing on a hot summer day. It reminded me of a frozen lemon pie my mom used to make when I was a little girl, but with the added burst of flavors from the mandarin oranges and pineapple. The perfect dessert to beat the heat.

Mandarin Orange Pie

Mandarin Orange Pie

2 graham cracker crusts
1/2 c lemon juice
1-8 oz container cool whip
1-20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1-15 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Mix together whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
Stir in drained fruit.
Fill crusts and freeze, preferably overnight.
Remove from freezer approximately ten minutes or so before serving.
