Mom, What’s For Supper? Grain-Free Weekly Menu 1/20

I’m almost afraid to say anything, but I think I’m finally starting to feel a little better. I tell ya, this flu has kicked my butt. It’s a bad one, and after listening to the news yesterday, most of the U.S. is down with it. Hopefully my family has seen the last of Mr. Flu.

If you’re new to Angels Homestead, welcome to my weekly menu plan! I’ve shared an entire week’s worth of grain free dinners, as well as what we’ll be eating for breakfast and lunch here on the homestead.

Weekly Menu Plan 1/20

This week’s breakfast options: 2-Ingredient Banana Pancakes, Grain Free Banana Bread Muffins, Assorted Fruits

This Week’s Lunch Options: Leftovers, Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes, Turkey Salad Lettuce Wraps, Assorted Cut-Up Veggies

Supper:

Monday - Whitefish Fillets in Garlic Butter, Cauliflower “Risotto”

Tuesday - Grain-Free Turkey and Dumpling Soup

Southern Fried Cabbage

Wednesday - Hamburger Steaks, Southern Fried Cabbage

Thursday - Pan-Seared Turkey Cutlets, Chopped Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Friday - YOYO {You’re On Your Own}

Saturday - Primal Cottage Pie

Sunday - Honey-Garlic Pork Stir-Fry, Asian-Fried Cauli-Rice
