Mom, What’s For Supper? Weekly Menu Plan 7/15

Although my health prevents me from having my own garden, we are blessed to have a good friend whose garden is over flowing, and he is kindly sharing the abundance with us. This week he brought us over a huge bag filled with crookneck squash and cucumbers, so I will be busy shredding the squash for the freezer, and making pickles. I’ll also be experimenting and making a batch of fried squash, something I normally do with zucchini. And of course I cant pass up putting some of those cucumbers to use in my cucumber and onion salad.

Is your garden providing an abundance yet?

On to this week’s menu.
