Smoothies are one of my favorite breakfast meals. They’re quick, filling, nutritious, and perfect for on the go mornings when you need something fast and easy. I’ll be sharing several of my favorites over the next week or so, and will start with the one I enjoyed this morning.
Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
1/2 cup Almond Milk (Regular milk may be used)
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 medium Banana
2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Honey
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
