With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, I decided to make my family some cookies with that theme. I used my Peanut Butter Cookies {GF} recipe as the base, and used some heart-shaped chocolates as the decoration. My family LOVED them, but then again, they love just about any sweet I make. Just kidding, they assured me these were really yummy. (I ate mine without the chocolate hearts because of my gluten intolerance) These are just to cute not to make.

Peanut Butter Heart-Kiss Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies {GF}
Heart-Shaped Chocolates, unwrapped

Follow the directions for my peanut butter cookies recipe above, except do not flatten with a fork. Bake as directed, and as soon as you remove the cookies from the oven, gently press a heart-shaped chocolate into each cookie. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then move to a rack to finish cooling completely.

Makes about 3 dozen.
