Pumpkin Cream Cheese

Are you looking for a quick and easy Fall treat, that will wake your mouth up in the morning with the sweet taste of pumpkin pie? Without all those calories though? Then this spread is for you. It’s easy to put together, and taste divine on a slice of toasted cinnamon swirl bread. Want another reason to try this treat besides the taste? Pumpkins are a good source of nutrition. They contain Vitamin A and B and potassium. Pumpkins are also a source of protein, dietary fiber and Vitamin E - even when canned!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese

Pumpkin Cream Cheese

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
