I know pumpkin season is about over, but I love pumpkin and can eat it, or drink it in this case, all year long. This smoothie is creamy sweet pumpkin goodness in a glass, and almost taste like your eating, er, I mean drinking a pumpkin pie. Especially with the flavored whipped cream on top.
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie with Cinnamon Honey Whipped Cream
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups almond or coconut milk
1 ripe banana, frozen
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
Pour into glasses, top with a dollop of cinnamon honey whipped cream and serve.
Cinnamon Honey Whipped Cream
1 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste
Place cream in a chilled mixing bowl and whip with chilled beaters until it reaches soft peak stage.
Add honey and cinnamon and continue whipping until medium peaks form.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator and use within a few days.

Thank you Joy! I hope you enjoy the smoothie as much as I do. I’m having one for breakfast this morning in fact. Love it.

This looks yummy. I have some pumpkin spice syrup that would go very nicely in this smoothie I think. Coming from Dial Moms Monday.
