If your craving something sweet and chocolaty, then this is the dessert for you. Cool, rich and creamy, it will satisfy the strongest sweet tooth.
Rich Chocolate Pudding
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4 cups milk
In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, flour and salt.
Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Spoon into individual serving dishes and chill until set.

Yum! I made chocolate pudding a few weeks ago for the Food Network Chef's Cooking Challenge. It's posting tomorrow. I didn't have any cocoa powder like they suggested so I used chocolate morsels. It was so good!
