Shine a Spotlight Saturday #11

We FINALLY got a beautiful Spring day here on the homestead! The sun was shining all day, and it got up to a glorious 69 degrees! We took advantage of it by doing a little cleaning around our property, (mainly clearing away some overgrown brush along the outskirts, so we could make our back yard bigger). We have plans of adding a fire pit in the back yard, so we can do more entertaining this year. Hello cookouts with family and friends!

I also have an announcement to make. I reinvented this little link party a few months ago in order to add a co-host to the mix. I knew spring time would find me very busy here on the homestead with planting our garden, and the camping trips my family and I like to take in the summer. I figured a co-host would not only help in the event that I was unable to post the party myself, but would give all of my wonderful party goers more exposure by sharing your recipes and crafts on TWO blogs. Unfortunately things didn’t pan out with the other co-host. But recently a fellow blogger friend of mine, Maria, announced that she was looking for another co-host to add to HER link party. I thought, this is what I’ve been looking for! Another blogger who already has an established link party, PLUS, she has another co-host. So after talking to her, we agreed that I would join her party as a hostess. What does that mean for you, my fabulous party members? It means that I will continue to post a weekly link party on here, but it will be shared on 3 different blogs! That means triple the exposure for your fantastic posts! I am super thrilled to be a part of this wonderful group of bloggers and cant wait to get started. Oh, one more thing, the new link party is a Friday party, and will start at 10 pm EST on Thursday evening. Thank you for joining me each week, and being so generous in sharing your latest creations.
