Super Easy Baked BBQ Boneless Pork Ribs

This dish is so easy that I was reluctant to post it at first. But for those who think they can only grill ribs in the Summer will be pleasantly surprised by these. They come out tender and oh so good. Make sure you use “Pork” ribs and not beef. Beef tends to be a bit tough and needs to be tenderized before baking. That will be discussed in a future post.

8-10 Boneless Pork Rib Sections
2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce. (Homemade or store bought brand. Try this delicious Homemade BBQ Sauce)
Salt and Pepper

Place 1 cup of the BBQ sauce into a large casserole pan.
Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper. Add them to the casserole pan, turning to cover both sides of the ribs with the BBQ sauce in the dish. Cover the casserole pan with foil and place on middle rack of a pre-heated 325 degree oven. Cook for 1 hour.
Uncover the ribs and turn over. Pour the remaining cup of BBQ sauce over the ribs after turning. Place foil back over the ribs and return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
During the last 10 minutes of cooking time, uncover the ribs to allow them to caramelize a bit.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes, then serve.

Sounds Delish..Sometimes I"ll take these and boil them for 45 minutes. Then make a sauce with chili sauce and grape jelly..brush on meat, then grill. Will baste other meat while grilling. They are great..and my kids gobble them up faster then we can cut it up for them.
