Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

There are some people out there who don’t care for vegetables. Gasp, shocking I know. One of our favorite casseroles on the homestead is Cottage Pie. Not to be confused with shepherd’s pie which is lamb based, cottage pie uses economical ground beef, along with veggies and a fluffy mashed potato topping. Until now.
