I shared a recipe for Hot Chocolate Mix yesterday, and now I’m excited to share a recipe I made with that mix. Hot Chocolate Cookies. As soon as I seen this recipe I couldn’t wait to make it. Unfortunately my week got super busy, as well as coming down with some kind of stomach bug that totally took away any desire to cook or eat for several days.
