White Chocolate Easter Popcorn

One of my families favorite snacks is popcorn, so I’m always on the lookout for fun new ways of switching the flavor up. With Easter just a few weeks away, that’s what I had in mind when I tried this latest creation.

White Chocolate Easter Popcorn

There are lots of variations of this treat on the internet now, and it is super easy to put together. Pop your popcorn, melt the white chocolate, and toss everything together on a large cookie sheet. Allow to set up for about 30 minutes and dive in.

The only thing I will do differently next time is add some pretzels, or maybe some peanut M&M’s, as this recipe is very sweet and I think the saltiness of the pretzels or peanuts will help cut the sweetness perfectly.

Yum! I made some similar popcorn last year, but I used Orville Redenbacher's microwave Lime and Salt Popcorn. The lime and white chocolate was delicious together. But I agree-it's all very sweet. Like the idea of adding pretzels.

Katrina, My son Matt would LOVE the flavor combo of lime and salt on popcorn, he puts lime juice on everything.

  3. I made something similar last week, using malted milk eggs rather than M&Ms. The kids LOVED it! Thanks for sharing with Simple Supper Tuesday.
