Shine a Spotlight Saturday #3

We have been in a deep freeze weather wise here in Southern Indiana over the last several weeks. With near 0 to -12 degree temps, and wind chills close to 20 below, our outside time has been very limited. Thank goodness I homeschool my daughter, so she doesn’t have to venture out into this cold everyday to go to school. The weatherman is forcasting more of the same for the next week, so no warmth in site for at least another 7 days. I hope it’s warmer where you live at least!

I’m looking forward to sitting here with a cup of hot coffee, and checking out all of the yummy recipes and creative ideas you all bring to the party each week. If I’m ever at a loss as to what new recipe to try, or craft to make, all I have to do is take a look at what you’ve brought to share!
